Jose Canseco, who said Mark McGuire used steroids to build his gargantuan frame and power numbers, now alleges McGuire was a "crack addict, too!"

"Sure..sure. I'm lying, looking for attention. I'm delusional," said Canseco. "Listen, I know what I know. I know what I saw. I can live with the trashing of my credibility."

"By the way, fellas, that's not all. [McGuire] also scored with under-aged girls, and he liked to bet."

Elaborating, Canseco said, "Yeah... I'm saying he bet on baseball games. A's games!"

"I'm not done. Mark once plotted to kill a man. He hired someone to kill somebody. That was known in the clubhouse. It was a known fact that if you wanted someone dead, you'd talk to Mark."

"That's all for now," he said. "There's more, believe me. But I've gotta dole this shit out in doses you all can take."

McGuire, through his agent, again dismissed the "steroid stuff" as baseless, but had "no comment" on the newest allegations.
